• Water-flow mapping: ponding, slope/drain performance, junction failure points

• Moisture tracing to locate hidden seepage paths

• Crack/joint + substrate checks; interface risk identification

Substructure Waterproofing

Coverage: Basements/raft/retaining/podium/lift pits/sumps/UG tanks + all penetrations.

• Positive-side (preferred): HDPE/sheet or liquid membranes with proper laps, terminations +protection, detailing at raft–wall junctions, joints, penetrations.
  

• Negative-side (when outside access not possible): injection grouting + internalsealing/plugging/joint treatment for pressure seepage.
  
  Key focus: joints + junctions + penetrations.

Superstructure Waterproofing

• Water management first: slope/ponding correction support + khurra/outlet detailing.

• Detail-first waterproofing: parapet junctions, edges/terminations, pipe sleeves, movement joints with sealant/joint systems; wet areas under screed/tiling with protection.
  

Key focus: outlets + junctions + terminations.
